Are you looking for a tingly pregnancy pick-me-up? Then your private wellness center could be the solution. All you need are a few nourishing products and a bit of imagination.

first Create Atmosphere

Make sure you have a few hours to yourself. Create a quiet oasis in your bath and bedroom by clearing away everything that bothers you now. Dim the light and light a few scented candles. A CD with relaxing music can also improve your mood. Get some fluffy bath towels ready and warm them on the heater or a towel dryer so you can snuggle up later.

second Cleaning

Gently cleanse your face with a mild cleansing lotion and soft pads. If possible, use products that contain no alcohol, as these easily dry out the skin.

Generously applied to the face and neck, most have to work for a few minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water. 5th Take a bath

Take your favorite, fragrant bath additive and let it trickle into the incoming water. The water should not be too hot - read why.

While the water runs into the tub, your body gets its pack: With a body scrub or a massage brush you can remove all dead skin cells. Work your elbows and knees particularly well, as the skin is usually very rough there.

. 7 Relax

Now the time has come: Enjoy the time-out in a wonderfully warm, fragrant bath. Test with your elbow first if the temperature is pleasant. There are bath cushions with suction cups, which can be attached at the right place. So you can relax and dream away.

. 8 A Soothing Eye Mask

While enjoying your bath, you can do something good for your eyes.The good, old cucumber slices have a cooling and soothing effect - or you can try cotton pads soaked in cooled chamomile tea. Or treat yourself to a gel-filled eye mask, which is kept in the fridge and placed well chilled on the eyes.

. 9 Refreshing Shower

After the bath, you can rinse off any scraps of scrub in the shower, wash your hair and shave your legs. If you want to do something really good for your hair, then after washing, massage a moisturizing conditioner into towel-dried hair. Then comb through the hair and leave the rinse for a few minutes - usually on the package, how long the exposure time is. Then rinse the hair thoroughly.

10th Cuddle into the towel

Now the warmed towels are used: cuddle in one and wrap another around your head. Then it goes into the bedroom to continue the pampering program.

Place yourself on the bed or on the carpet with a towel as a base and rub your body with a fragrant body lotion. Pay special attention to your feet - they deserve an extra massage. 12th Manicure and Pedicure

Your nails are beautifully soft after grooming - this is the perfect time to file and edit the cuticles. If you want, you can then apply nail polish. Make yourself comfortable while the paint dries and enjoy the tranquility.
