- Keep a detailed calendar with daily overview and all appointments.
- Always put important things, such as car keys, in the same place. Forgetfulness can be the key to making your life easier. Of course that is easier said than done. But you do not have to paper the room that has been needed for so long. Or wipe out all cabinets just because the baby is coming. This self-induced stress can make you forget important things.
- If it's your first pregnancy, then take your time for soothing baths, cozy candlelight dinners, long walks and reading afternoons with a good novel. If you already have children, then you know how important it is to find a household and children's aid so you can do all these things. In short, try to relax.Forgetfulness is one of many inconveniences in pregnancy. But the treatment can be a real highlight.
