Birth history of Lisi and her son

It all began on August 13, 2009. I had a normal ultrasound appointment with my gynecologist. She used to tell me that my baby was too small for the previous ultrasounds, but it was never particularly worrying. But this time she told me that my little one had not grown since the last appointment and had not increased. She started from a shortage of the child. She introduced me directly to a referral to the maternity clinic and called right there to announce me. Unhappily and shakily, I left the practice, drove home, and phoned my husband at work. Of course, he read everything immediately and lie down and picked me up at home. The clinic bag had been packed for weeks. After arriving at the maternity clinic, my little worm was again measured by ultrasound and confirmed the suspicion. The placenta was not working properly and my kid was under-supplied. After further investigation and the recording, I came a room. Of course, I was terrified of what was coming. I have always imagined things differently. I thought I was having my contractions at home, going to the hospital and giving birth to my child. But now everything came so fast and I had no time to mentally and mentally prepare for what should happen to me and the baby now. The next morning I was given half a pint to initiate and had to lie on the ctg for half an hour. An hour later, I also got severe pain in the back and abdomen and could hardly stand on my feet. But the examination of the midwife brought only sobering results. So-called false pangs. My cervix was still tightly closed and the baby had not slipped properly into the pelvis. It could only be hours or even days. In the evening I got directly put half an introductive tablet. Pain again half the night, but nothing happened. The next day I was allowed a tablet break.

The following day, the 16th of August, I was supposed to be back at the age of 10 to the ctg. There I was then placed the third introductory tablet, but this time a whole. I lay there alone in the room and next to me the ctg, the heart sounds were evenly heard. Suddenly the baby's heartbeat slowed down. I immediately rang for a sister and she was really panicked when she saw the faint heart sounds. Promptly, there were four doctors around me, everyone was shaking and talking and I heard scraps of words like ""delivery room"", ""cesarean section"", ""senior physician"" ...

I was in a trance, did not even know what was happening, I only felt still that fear in me and cried like a little child. After a few seconds that seemed to me like minutes, the heartbeat quickened again and there was an all-clear. Nevertheless, I was immediately taken to the delivery room and a sister smeared me a bout-promoting gel in front of the cervix. I got a phone in my hand and called my husband, who was home to take care of the household. He immediately drove to my hospital. Suddenly the pain started again. More violent than the days before. The back, the abdomen, it went everywhere. The midwife came and felt the cervix. Approximately 2 cm open. Great, I thought, that can take forever! The pain became stronger and stronger, I could not stand it anymore. The short pauses in pain I enjoyed with every breath. My husband had arrived by now, holding out my hand diligently, talking to me, trying to distract me. He asked the midwife how long it would take for the baby to arrive. The midwife thought, with 2 cm cervix opening probably long, until the next day maybe. Then she felt again the cervix and became directly pale. Approximately 9 cm open, the diagnosis was suddenly. And that within 20 minutes. That explained the hellish pain. I was put on the maternity bed and at my request, an anesthetist came and put me a PDA, because otherwise I could not stand it anymore with the pain. At one time I noticed wetness in my pants and thought first that I had peed myself. But it was the amniotic sac that had burst. And suddenly it went straightaway. I felt a pressure in my pelvis and the midwife told me to press directly. Since my kid was somehow wrong, I also had to shift to the side. One leg was lying on the bed, the other was sticking up and my husband had to hold it tight. So I pressed, again and again to draw air and squeeze. At some point I was supposed to pant like a dog and in the next second the delivery room was filled with a loud baby cry. That was an incredible feeling. My little son was laid on my chest right away, crying with happiness and pride. He was so pretty and so delicate. My husband cut the umbilical cord and gave me a kiss. Forgotten were all the pain and hardships. There was only our sunshine, born on 16. 08. 09 at 20: 16 clock, after at 11 clock have started the contractions.
